Expectations
Do The Right Thing!

In the 6th grade, all rules fall under one basic principle...
Do the right thing.

  1. Be prepared
    • have supplies everyday
    • have homework ready on due dates
    • be ready to participate everyday
    • use your resources
    • keep planner notes up-to-date daily
    • ask appropriate questions
    • make good use of class time
    • complete homework
    • seek help before and after school
    • ask good questions
    • make the effort
    • take the time
  2. Be respectful
    • contribute appropriately in class
    • treat classmates with respect
    • treat school staff with respect
    • treat property with respect
    • think about the safety of others
  3. Be successful
    • follow directions
    • always do your best
    • share your learning with your family
    • set goals for yourself and see them through
